Die Cut Printing

We give you a selection of regular die cuts for your convenience. We can also manufacture any shaped die cut you need for 100% customization. Digital White & Clear Ink

In contrast to CMYK inks, the white toner is completely opaque and covered. This may be mixed with various inks and textures, e.g. translucent lacquer (Translucent) or neon inks (Neon Pink and Yellow). White ink printing is possible on various forms of paper, with a multitude of interesting results.
The mixture possibilities are very diverse and can give rise to various styles. The use of white ink allows you to obtain elegant, original, personalized, and highly visual products.

One use for white ink includes delimitation and sharpness. Combined with the CMYK inks, this gives you clearer photo outlines. This results in smoother printing on polished, dark, or metallic substrates or absorbent substrates, such as offset or uncoated cardboard paper. Another use is the high contrast and visibility that the opacity of white ink provides. White ink is more visible, thanks to its opacity it contrasts more with colored or dark supports. Lastly, white ink and CMYK printing can lead to more vibrant colors. The opacity of white ink brightens CMYK inks’ colors so that they seem more vivid when you first print a layer of white toner, especially on colored or dark papers.
